“Riding horses tosses me around quite a lot but the core work training has really helped me handle that much better.”

“I am 120 lbs lighter and extremely fit surpassing deeper goals!”

"When I started at Proformance my goal was to regain a sense of health and weight control, which weight kept going up every year. 3 years later, I am 120 lbs lighter and extremely fit surpassing deeper goals as my fitness and mental strength became more able. This allowed me to return to soccer coaching with stamina to lead by example. The ability to run several miles at a high tempo as I did in my youth speaks for itself. Be a 24/7 athlete.”
