Experience the power of physical therapy and its benefits.

Each physical therapy session is tailored to your specific needs. At your first appointment, our physical therapist will ask about your injury, home environment, activity level and interests. We’ll ask about your goals, too. Do you want to be able to pick up your grandchild? Do you want to start running again? Or would you like to enjoy cooking dinner without pain? Jacklyn focuses on both injury prevention and recovery of the entire body; not just the area of injury.

Your highly individualized physical therapy session may include:

  • Integrative Dry Needling

  • Movement Re-education

  • Progressive Strength and Conditioning

  • Cupping

  • Rehab Musculoskeletal Issues

  • Recuperate Soft Tissue Systems

Integrative Dry Needling

Integrative dry needling is not acupuncture, it is based on neuro-anatomy and modern scientific study of the musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems. A very fine filament needle is inserted through the skin and into the deeper tissues that are considered trigger points to your pain.

What conditions can be treated?

  • Neck pain

  • Back pain

  • Shoulder pain

  • Arm pain (tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, golfer’s elbow)

  • Headache (migraines and tension)

  • Jaw pain

  • Buttock pain and leg pain (sciatica, hamstrings strains, calf tightness/spasms).

Cupping

Cupping is a form of decompressive manual therapy. It lifts the skin, fascia, and muscle to reduce compressive forces, and improve fluid exchange in a painful area. This helps bring in more blood flow, flush out stagnant lymphatic fluid, and decrease recovery time. Cupping can be performed statically or dynamically to focus on reducing sensitivity or increasing functional mobility, respectively.

Amazing decrease in overall pain!
