Background:

With nearly four years of experience assisting in physical therapy, Zachary has worked alongside athletes, post-operative patients, and clients of all fitness levels. He has helped individuals move better, recover stronger, and build confidence in their bodies. His experience extends beyond the clinic through coaching and leading off-season injury prevention and performance programs for local high school athletes.

Zachary earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Louisville and is currently pursuing his Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) degree while working toward becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). By combining evidence-based training with hands-on clinical experience, he helps clients improve performance, reduce injury risk, and build sustainable habits that last a lifetime. Zachary's approach emphasizes consistency, proper movement, and long-term progress over quick fixes. He believes that success comes from trusting the process, staying disciplined, and focusing on the small actions that lead to lasting results.
