Pilates is a series of exercises focused on centering and re-balancing the body. Beginning with the breath and focusing on core work, Pilates incorporates strengthening, mobility, and stability into every exercise. A good Pilates workout leaves you feeling relaxed, energized, taller, and stronger.

Your highly individualized Pilates session may include:

  • Essential/Intermediate Reformer/Tower: Beginner class utilizing reformer and tower equipment

  • Mixed Equipment: Essential/Int class utilizing Pilates equipment and weights, TRX, Bosu ball, etc.

  • Intermediate/Advanced Equipment: Challenging class utilizing reformers, towers, chairs, Cadillacs, barrels, Bosu balls, etc.

  • Intermediate/Advanced Cardiotramp Intervals: fast-paced workout utilizing cardiotramp intervals with Pilates exercises

  • Mat: Pilates on the mat including balls, fitness circles, bosus and other props

  • Mat with resistance: Very challenging Mat class using props, bands, toning balls and weights

Meet Our Pilates Instructors

  • Leah Travisano

    Leah has a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science with a double minor in Nutrition and Psychology from Miami University. She skated on the Varsity skating team and qualified for Team USA. After graduating, Leah became a professional figure skater touring in Europe.

  • Amy Kremer

    Amy’s main focus each time she works with someone is to have them leaving feeling better than when they came in. She loves seeing a client walk out with a smile on their face and having their body feel great!
