WHAT IS THE PROFORMANCE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM?
At the beginning of your personal training we simply start with the renewal of the mind. Our experience has led us to observe that most successful clients who get the most amazing transformations are the ones who learn how to increase their Spiritual Energy.
This energy leads you to think more positive, gives you emotional intelligence, helps you to be more resilient, and helps you to be mindful of the present moment. We practice this by using a simple and easy-to-use app called MyHeadCoach. This app simple allows you to practice being more compassionate to yourself and others during your personal training journey.
Over time, as you possess compassion, you start to give that to everyone you meet and all of the sudden you begin to notice stress going away. So our first step is always reducing stress so that the body is ready to change.
After we have prepared the mind, we dive into the 5 of 5 of our personal training program. This is the formula we have constructed to take your performance to the highest level. This process is specific and unique to your individual goals and needs. This is why we call it “PERSONAL” Training. In your initial consultation you and your coach will set goals for the following 5 categories:

MyHeadCoach is an application we developed for your benefit during your personal training. MyHeadCoach helps you begin thinking more positively about yourself and others. It also allows you to track your progress with the 5 of 5. As you practice the daily process that MyHeadCoach takes you through, your stress levels will begin to decrease, you will see yourself in a new light, and begin your transformation from the inside-out.
COMPASSION & COOKING MONTHLY SEMINARS
Compassion & Cooking is a monthly breakfast held on the third Thursday of the month. At these breakfasts, you are immersed in a positive, up-lifting environment where you are free to bond and connect with like-minded individuals. Through an inspiring message delivered by Carlos Rivas and a nutritious meal prepared by Anoosh Shariat, you will learn new and effective strategies to help you along your journey to becoming the greatest version of yourself.
DR. STEPHEN POBST WEEKLY REHAB PROGRAM
You may be going through your daily life with chronic or acute injuries that limit your performance and personal training success, or at the very least create aches and pains. We have partnered with Kentucky Sports Chiropractic to offer in-house care for these injuries. This program is perfect for when have a nagging injury, restricted movement, or pain, in your neck, back, shoulders, hips, knees, etc.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR COMPLIMENTARY PERSONAL TRAINING CONSULTATION
In your initial personal training assessment, our performance coaches will get to know you, assess your health & lifestyle, then identify strengths as well as limiting factors to your optimal performance. We will then evaluate these factors in order to prescribe and implement an integrated health and fitness program designed specifically to achieve your goals.
