Stronger and Healthier!

Connor has seen incredible muscle development since the time he decided to make a change in his physique. He has experienced a weight increase from 140lbs to 185lbs! Much of that is from muscle gain!

The Formula was simple: Eat more protein and train like a bodybuilder with a focus on major compound movements.

Not only is he bigger, but he is also healthier overall with this weight gain and that is what it is all about!
