Biography:

I became a trainer because fitness completely changed my life. I went from low energy and out of shape to strong and energetic about life. I believe the gym is a massive metaphor for life and every time you step in you should be learning something new about yourself. Maybe that’s how hard you pushed yourself this time, maybe it’s how you learned to control a certain aspect of your body. Whatever it may be, that is my philosophy as a coach. I want you to take control of your own fitness journey, to go after the goals you want, and I will be there to guide you along the way.

I love the individuality of training. Everyone is different, therefore everyone needs a different program and set of rules. For some trainers this is too much, but for me I love different people and find them fascinating. Every program I design is different and unique tailored to your body and how you move, not a cookie cutter program I run you through.

I know from mine and my own clients’ experience, change is not easy, but it is worth it. With over 30lbs of my own personal weight loss and helping clients lose anywhere from 10-40lbs, I know how hard burning the fat away can be. However, if you stick with me I will help you get there, one step at a time.

And I know how to get you lean without it feeling like torture, but I also love showing people how to get strong, and how the two goals of getting lean and getting strong are in harmony with each other, not in conflict. Everyone should not only want to get strong, but feel strong as well. Old, young, athletic or not, strength is how we prevent injury, look better and feel better every step of the way. I promise at the end you won’t look like a bodybuilder, instead you will just look and feel like the best version of yourself.
