Certified Personal Trainer
Having been a personal trainer for over 10 years I’ve covered a wide gamut of individuals and training needs. From D-1 Level athletes, traditional weight loss and body re-composition, to training a 40 year old woman to summit Mt. Kilimanjaro. My purpose as a trainer is to get to know the individual being worked with and find what avenues are going to be most likely to help them succeed in their given goal. Sometimes people need a hug and sometimes people need a hammer. Regardless of the method of training required, I want people to be not only be physically prepared for life but mentally prepared as well, putting them in a position where they are confident and capable to handle the stresses of anything that comes their way.
