Degrees: Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Cornish College of the Arts

Certifications: Personal training with National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)

Julia enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels and ages and especially loves strength, HIIT training and flexibility training. With over six years of theatre and dance experience, Julia believes developing a healthy, intuitive relationship with your body and mind is the key to success. She is passionate about overall wellness and loves to incorporate yoga and deep breathing in training programs to help clients develop a stronger awareness of the mind-body connection. “Physical training is all about you vs. you. How can you develop your strongest self? How are you holding yourself back from reaching your goals? I will help you build a healthier lifestyle with a lifelong impact.”
