Training Philosophy: Brian brings over 15 years of experience to Proformance. His specialties cover a wide variety of demographics including weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, wellness coaching, and endurance training. Brian has been involved in many team sports throughout his life, such as baseball, volleyball, basketball, and football. He currently enjoys outfoor walks, circuit style workouts, and meditation. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering with various organizations, sporting events and reading personal growth pieces.
