The Proformance Pilates Studio

Our pilates studio can really make a difference in your health without taking a toll on your body.

Pilates is a series of exercises focused on centering and re-balancing the body.

Beginning with the breath and focusing on core work, pilates incorporates strengthening, mobility, and stability into every exercise.

A good pilates workout leaves you feeling relaxed, energized, taller, and stronger.

Essential/Intermediate Reformer/Tower: Beginner class utilizing reformer and tower equipment

Mixed Equipment: Essential/Int class utilizing pilates equipment and weights, trx, bosu etc

Intermediate/Advanced Equipment: Challenging class utilizing reformers, towers, chairs, Cadillacs, barrels, bosus etc

Intermediate/Advanced Cardiotramp Intervals: fast paced workout utilizing cardiotramp intervals with pilates exercises

Mat: pilates on the mat including balls, fitness circles, bosus and other props

Mat with resistance: Very challenging Mat class using props, bands, toning balls and weights
