Julie is our oldest living graduate. She has been training with Cary Cox since 2001. 

As Julie got older her training needs began to change. She needed more postural work, flexibility, and strength. So around 2014 Cary recommended she work with Adam.

After years of sitting at a desk, Julie had developed some postural issues, including scoliosis and osteoporosis.  meeting with Adam the first time, they set one very specific goal; to be able to stand up straight.

Since then, she has been working with Adam and seen great improvements in her core strength, flexibility, and all-around posture.

“The thing that I love about this place is that even though I was training with Cary, Cary thought that I would benefit from working with Adam. He didn’t bat an eye. In a normal gym it would be, ‘Oh no, I’m losing a client,’ but with him it’s like ‘I’m just finding a different way to make my client a better client even though it’s with another trainer.’ And that’s what I love about it. It seems like everyone here is equal and everyone shares.”

Julie has made great strides in becoming the best version of herself and she continues to work with Adam and improve within every session. 

At ProFormance, we think it is incredibly important to always put the client first. All of our trainers have different strengths. The trainers know this.

So whenever they think a client would fit better with another trainer, or another trainer can help that client reach their goals more efficiently, we always pass that client along.

We put our people first no matter what, and that is what sets us apart.
