Boot Camp

Our Boot Camp workouts are designed to be attainable by all fitness levels yet challenging enough for those wanting a killer workout! Boot Camp is a metabolic style training that is designed to burn 9x more fat than running on a treadmill. All classes last one hour.  Each class includes 3 workouts a week.   All new participants MUST register through our website.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6am
Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30pm
Saturday at 8am
