We implement safe specific designed workouts based on individual goals and get results by using current researched based protocols. Functional training and core strength are the structural concepts of our programs. Typical workouts at ProFormance, LLC consist of intense anaerobic cross-training, interval and strength training, as well as balance and flexibility exercises.

I have been out of shape and overweight most of my adult life. It’s amazing now to look back at old photos and to realize just how big I really was. I guess I was in denial. Working with Patrick Mahoney at Proformance has truly changed my life.
I have been a professional full time coach for the last 20 years. It’s amazing to me that I could motivate, push, and train hundreds of athletes to capture numerous National Championships- yet not be able to push and motivate myself. Now I have a “coach” and I am part of the Proformance “team”! About 6 months ago my wife and son and several close friends decided to join me twice per week for group training sessions. This shared experience has been a true blessing on so many levels. Not just the obvious weight loss and improved energy and health of all involved!
People often ask me how much longer until I reach my “goal” and how long I intend to train/workout. My response is “until the day I die”. This is my lifestyle now. My weight loss, fitness and health (both physical and mental) is a journey- not a destination. I am clearly a “work in progress” and I have many short and long term goals in terms of additional weight loss and overall fitness.
